Gluten free oat drink with linseed oil. Linseed oil contains alpha-linolenic acid (known as ALA, an omega-3 fatty acid) that helps to maintain healthy blood cholesterol level. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). One cup (300ml) of omega-3 oat drink provides 1,5g of omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients: spring water, gluten free oat* 11%, linseed oil*, sea salt.
