Usage: Chia seeds can be consumed at a rate of 10-15g per day (about 1-2 tablespoons). When mixed with liquid, the seeds form a gel-like texture that can be used as a thickener for juices and smoothies. To do this, mix 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with 10 tablespoons of water and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
