Amounts of ingredients in a daily dose, best before the due date: lactase 347 u*, α-galactosidase 208 u*, protease 173.5 u*, lipase 69 u*, α-amylase 41.5 u*, phytase 7 u*.

u* = enzyme activity

Directions for use: 1 capsule per day with water, during each meal (1-3 times a day) or immediately after eating. The dose can be increased according to the recommendation of the doctor or health advisor. Enzyme products should not be administered together with other drugs or alcohol (the difference must be at least 1 hour). The product is also suitable for children and pregnant and lactating women.
