Gluten Free Apple Cake Flour Mixture, 2x250g
Ingredients: rice flour* 48%, beet sugar, tapioca starch*, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator: monopotassium tartrate, corn starch*), vanilla*, sea salt.

May contain traces of nuts, soy, sesame, mustard and lupine.
Preparation: For a baking form: add 1 bag of baking mixture (250g), 3 eggs, 125g soft butter, about 500g apples cut into quarters. For a baking tray: add 2 bags of baking mixture (500g), 6 eggs, 250g soft butter, about 1 kg apples cut into quarters. Peel the apples and cut into quarters and grease the baking form (25cm) or the baking tray and preheat the oven. Mix the baking mixture with the ingredients in a bowl with the hand mixer to a creamy mass. Put the dough in the greased baking form or greased tray. Then spread the apple quarters on the surface, evenly along the dough. Bake the cake in the preheated oven on the medium rail at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
Vegan preparation: For a baking form: add 1 bag of baking mixture (250g), 50g of margarine, 100g of soy yoghurt, 100g of apple puree and about 500g apples cut into quarters. For a baking tray: 2 bags of baking mixture (500g) and other components in double quantities. Then follow the instructions above.
