Gluten Free Thin Pie Base "Tarte Flambée", 2x200g
Ingredients: gluten free oat flour* 35%, rice flour*, corn starch*, whole meal millet flour*, psyllium husks*, sea salt, thickener: xanthan gum.

Preparation: preheat the oven to 250°C with upper and lower heating mode. Add 140ml of cold water, 2 tablespoons of neutral oil (eg sunflower oil) and 1 tablespoon of vinegar (eg apple cider vinegar) to one (200g) pack. Mix the dough with a mixer or by hand. Place baking paper on the work surface and sprinkle with a little flour or starch. Roll the dough on baking paper until a suitable shape and thickness (1-2mm) is reached. Place the dough with baking paper on a baking sheet and coat according to taste. Bake for 10-15 minutes in the lower part of the oven.
