Lactose and gluten free.
Ingredients: zinc gluconate (zinc), bulking agents: cellulose, coating ingredients: gelatine.
Directions for use: take 1 portion (1 capsule) daily with a sip of water. 1 capsule contains 30mg zinc (300% NRV - Nutrient Reference Value). Store tightly closed in a dry place at 15-25°C. Protect from moisture and light.
Warning! Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of the reach of children. The product is not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
