Directions for use: take 1 portion (1 capsule) daily with a sip of water. 1 capsule contains 1000mcg (41,666%*) vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin). *Nutrient Reference Value. Store in tightly closed container, at room temperature 15-25°C, in a dry place, out of reach of children. Protect from moisture and light.
