Usage: Apply liberally and uniformly before sun exposure. Reapply frequently in sufficient quantities, especially after swimming. Avoid the sun between 12pm and 4pm, or wear protective clothing. Overexposure to the sun is a serious health threat. Insufficient application considerably reduces the level of protection.
