Guar gum is mainly grown in India and Pakistan, flour milled from it's seeds has thickening properties. It is widely used in food and cosmetic industries. Great thickener or gelling agent. Can be used to thicken sauces, dressings and creams, also in gluten free baking. Gluten free.

Directions for use: use 5g of guar gum per 500ml of liquid. When baking, add 2g of guar gum to 100g of flour.
