Baule Volante was born in 1987 in Bologna. Organic food means that you choose healthy, good and honest food for yourself and your loved ones, obtained without synthetic chemicals, GMOs, radiation and useless additives. In 2018, an agreement was signed with Fior di Loto, a historic Italian distributor: thus Baule Volante & Fior di Loto Srl was born. It is an alliance based on the sharing of a vision: offering the best possible product, genuine, high quality, created in a biological and sustainable way, is a way to protect the soil and biodiversity, enhance the work of small producers, take care the environment and human health, protect life and the world.

Guar gum is mainly grown in India and Pakistan, flour milled from it's seeds has thickening properties. It is widely used in food and cosmetic industries. Great thickener or gelling agent. Can be used to thicken sauces, dressings and creams, also in gluten free baking. Gluten free.

Preparation: Boil 2l of salted water. Pour the contents slowly into the boiling water, stir and cook for 6 minutes. Serve.
