Gluten Free Base for Cheesecake Brownies, 350g
The package contains 300g of brownie flour and 50g of powder for the cream.
Ingredients: beet sugar*, corn starch*, rice flour*, low fat cocoa powder* 8%, dark chocolate pieces* 6% (cane sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin*), thickener: locust bean powder*, rock salt, vanilla* .

Preparation: preheat the oven to 180°C with upper and lower heating mode. Line a 25cm diameter form with baking paper. Mix the brownie flour, 125g soft butter, 1 egg and 100ml milk in a bowl. In another bowl, mix cream powder with 1 egg and 250g of low fat curd. In the vegan version, add 100g of soft margarine and 100ml of plant drink to the brownie mixture. Then add 150g of vegan cream cheese and 150g of soft tofu to the cream powder. Place the dough in the form and smooth it evenly. Add the cream in spots on the dough with a tablespoon. Bake on the middle rack for about 40 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting. Longer baking time affects the juiciness of the cheesecake brownie.
