Ingredients: gluten free whole grain oat flakes* 47%, beet sugar*, corn starch*, cinnamon*.

Guar gum is mainly grown in India and Pakistan, flour milled from it's seeds has thickening properties. It is widely used in food and cosmetic industries. Great thickener or gelling agent. Can be used to thicken sauces, dressings and creams, also in gluten free baking. Gluten free. 

Gluten free instant baking powder. One sachet (18g) is for 500g of flour.

Ingredients: corn starch*, raising agents  [monopotassium tartrate E336 (i), sodium bicarbonate E500 (ii)].
