Chaga is indigenous to Asia and the Russia Taiga, where it was commonly used as early as the 16th century. It was known to the Chinese court over 2000 years ago. Of all the salts available, Celtic salt has the lowest sodium content, at 89,7%. This makes Celtic salt softer and friendlier than other salts.
