Tõrvaaugu mahetalu - Just 30 years ago, our family acquired a mystical farm in Vigala municipality - Tõrvaaugu farm. The years flew by and in 2008 an interesting idea emerged - to try to grow buckwheat - organic buckwheat. We bought a bag of buckwheat in order to try and test how an interesting grain grows in the Estonian climate zone. In the fall of 2012, we became organic producers and processors. As a result of long and hilly trial and error, we have found the best way to grow organic buckwheat and further process it.
