Linseed oil is made from the ripe seeds of the flax plant (Linum usitatissimum) by gentle cold-pressing. Linseed oil consists of approximately 90% of unsaturated fatty acids, at what the essential omega-3-fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) represents a high proportion. Also, the precious essential omega-6-fatty acid linoleic acid is contained in linseed oil.

Vitamin D is essential for many vital functions. Vitamin D3, the active form of the vitamin in the body, plays an important role in achieving strong bones and teeth, a vitalised immune system and healthy muscle functions. The body can produce vitamin D itself through the sun's rays, which is why it is also referred to as the "sun vitamin". Young people and older people can suffer a vitamin D deficiency, generally in the winter months, but also due to our modern lifestyles, which is why a nutritional supplement is recommended.

Each capsule contains 50μg vitamin D3 corresponding with 2000 I.U (1000% NRV* - Nutrient Reference Values).

Matcha is a finely ground green, steamed tea. Tea connoisseurs appreciate it for its full-bodied, multifaceted, pleasant sweet taste. To produce authentic Matcha Tea, it is grown following traditional methods. After being picked, the leaves are steamed, dried and finally ground to a fine powder with a stone mill.

Preparation: Scoop one tea spoon (2g) Matcha tea powder into a matcha bowl, add about 70ml of 70°-80°C warm water, use bamboo whisk and whisk in fast semi-circular motion until its frothy.
