Ingredients: guar gum* (E 412).

May contain traces of soy, lupin, and nuts.
Usage: for a lighter thickening effect, add 3g (approximately 1 level teaspoon) of guar gum to 250ml of liquid. Mix the liquid vigorously using a hand mixer or whisk while gradually adding the guar gum through a sieve. Continue mixing until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
