Antioxidants, beta-carotene, flavonoids, sterols, vitamins E and K and other naturally occurring phytochemicals contribute to sea buckthorn composition. The gamma-linolenic acid found in sea buckthorn is synthesized in the skin into prostaglandin, which in turn contributes to maintaining the skin’s moisture content and beautiful shape. Good results have been obtained with sea buckthorn in the treatment of fissures in the lips and intimate area. Suitable for children under 3 years old.
