Tea made from the flowers of the cowslip has a cleansing, calming and cough-relieving effect.

Ingredients: cowslip (Primulae flores) flowers. 

Preparation: to make a glass of tea, put 1 teaspoon of the tea mixture in a cup, add hot water and let it stand for up to 15 minutes.
