Flaxseed flour is made from flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum). After gentle cold pressing to obtain linseed oil, the remain is called press cake, which is then finely ground. Kui soovid oma toidukordi vürtsitada huvitavate maitsetega,siis kookosghee on hea abiline. Sobib ka kehale määrimiseks, juukseotstele turgutuseks.
Kuna olen ammune valgupulbrite kasutaja,siis on tore kui valikusse lisandub mõni põnev maitse. See kohvimaitseline variant on väga hea!

Väga pikalt oli D-vitamiini tase väga madal ja sai proovitud erinevate tootjate D-vitamiini, kuid olulist muutust ei toimunud. Kuna tihti unustasin ka üldse vitamiini võtta ei saanud kuidagi seda taset korda. Siis proovisin UNS D3+K2 vitamiini, kuna olin kuulnud, et koos K-vitamiiniga imendub ka D-vitamiin paremini. D-vitamiini tase sai väga kiiresti sellega normi, kuigi unustasin endiselt tihti seda üldse võtta. Olen väga positiivselt üllatunud ja rahul!
