Moldavian dragonhead offers a lemon-like aroma and flavor. Whether fresh or dried, its flowers and herb are suitable for brewing a tea beneficial for treating colds. In folk medicine, an infusion of Dracocephalum moldavica is used as a pain reliever, a sedative, and an antispasmodic; it also aids in wound healing, stimulates bowel function, boosts appetite, and is used to treat gynecological issues, headaches, migraines, and colds.
Ingredients: Moldavian dragonhead (Dracocephalum moldavica).
Preparation: to make a cup of tea, put 1 teaspoon of leaves in a cup, add hot water and let it stand covered for 5–15 minutes. Strain.
