Preparation:

  • Preheat your oven to 170°C if using a fan-assisted setting, or 185-190°C for a conventional oven.
  • Prepare a 30x30cm baking tray by lightly greasing it or lining it eith parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the dry cookie mix with the 80ml oil or melted butter and 50ml milk or blant-based drink. Mix well until a smooth dough forms.
  • Shape the dough into 12 equal-sized balls and place them on the prepared try, and press them lightly. 
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown.
  • Let them cool completely before enjoying.
