Ingredients: magnesium citrate, calcium lactate, magnesium potassium nitrate, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, potassium citrate, calcium malate.
Usage: dissolve 2 measuring spoons (2x3,5g) in about 300ml of water once a day and drink (let the drink stand for about 1 minute after mixing to allow the powder to dissolve).
