Ingredients: 100% magnesium citrate.
Usage: 3x a day 1 measuring spoon (3x1g a day) dissolved in 250ml still water. For better solubility, we recommend using lukewarm water. The daily dose (3 measuring spoons or 3g) contains 250 mg of magnesium, which is 67% of the daily reference amount for an adult. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
