Ingredients: Pau d'Arco (Tabebuia avellanedae) bark 10:1 extract, Pau d'Arco (Tabebuia avellanedae) inner bark drug powder, vegetable capsule (stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Usage: 1 – 2 capsules per day. It is recommended for children to take Pau d'Arco 1 capsule per day from the age of 7. It is good to take Pau d’Arco tincture with a little water and lemon juice to better absorb the tannin (parcane) in the Pau d'Arco. The usual duration of the course of administration is 2 weeks to 1 month, maximum 2 months. It is good to take probiotics when consuming Pau d’Arco. Some side effects may occur when taking Pau d’Arco, especially in high doses or with long-term use. Some possible side effects include digestive disorders, including nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Individual people may be allergic to ant bark and experience allergic reactions such as skin rash, itching or swelling.

Warning! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and practice a healthy lifestyle.
