Gluten Free Base for Apple Crumble Muffins, 400g
The package contains 400g of flour mixture and 12 paper forms.
Ingredients: gluten free whole grain oat flakes** 39%, raw cane sugar**, gluten free whole grain oat flour** 25%, rice starch*, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidity regulator: monopotassium tartrate, corn starch*), rock salt, vanilla*.

Preparation: preheat the oven to 180°C with upper and lower heating mode. Place 12 muffin papers on a muffin tin or a regular baking sheet. Mix the flour, 175g soft butter and 1 egg in a bowl using your hands or a mixer (using the dough hooks) until a crumbly dough forms. In the vegan version, add 100g of soft margarine and 100ml of apple puree to the flour mixture. Set aside 1/3 of the dough for the topping. Add 200g chopped apples to the remaining dough and knead until smooth. Divide the dough into molds using a tablespoon and press down lightly. Then sprinkle the dough that you set aside earlier, you can add cinnamon and almond chips if you wish. Bake on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool before eating. If desired, serve with vanilla sauce, ice cream or whipped cream.
