Fleur de sel is the top, very thin layer of the basins in which the coarse Celtic sea salt is also extracted. Fleur de sel salt has not made contact with the clay soil and is therefore a lot whiter in color than the coarse Celtic sea salt. Fleur de sel, like coarse Celtic sea salt, is rich in minerals. In addition, it is slightly richer in sodium than coarse Celtic sea salt.

Of all the salts available, Celtic salt has the lowest sodium content, at 89,7%. This makes Celtic salt softer and friendlier than other salts. Celtic sea salt is mineral-rich because it mixes with various clay minerals. The clay swamps ensure that the salt is purified naturally. The salt therefore does not need to be washed and Celtic sea salt retains all minerals. The combination of Celtic sea salt with the algae Nori, Dulse and Ulva provides a different taste (algae naturally taste salty). In addition, the addition of these algae provides a source of iodine.

Celtic sea salt has a gray color because the sea salt mixes with various clay minerals. Celtic sea salt is therefore richer in minerals than other forms of salt. Because the salt is not washed, all minerals are retained. The clay swamps also ensure that Celtic sea salt is naturally purified and therefore pollution-free. The advantage of 'natural' unrefined salt is that you need much less of it than with 'normal' table salt, as the taste is much more pronounced.

Coconut whipping cream is a dairy-free alternative to classic whipping cream. This product has coconut aroma and slightly sweet taste. Once opened store in refrigerator and use within 3 days.

Recommended use: For fluffy whipped cream chill can overnight in the refrigerator. Scoop hardened coconut cream into a mixing bowl and leave any clear liquid behind (reserve it for smoothies or other use). Whip with a mixer until light peaks form. Optionally add vanilla, powdered sugar or stevia to taste (liquid sweeteners can weigh it down).
