According to folk medicine, raspberry leaf tea is a general tonic, a mild cough suppressant, also strengthens the immune system, helps relieve minor aches and pains, and calms the nervous system, providing general well-being support. You can also drink it simply for its pleasant taste and aroma.
Ingredients: raspberry leaves (Folia rubus idaeus).
Preparation: to make a glass of tea, put 1- tablespoon of leaves in a cup, add hot water and let it stand covered for 20 minutes. Strain. Drink hot or chilled as needed.
